Design and standardization of the identification security seal of the Protected Designation of Origin Cider from Asturias

The security seal is the identification seal of the PDO Cider from Asturias that is part of its corporate image and that, in each bottle of cider, certifies its quality and Asturian origin. Starting from a minimalist concept of high visibility, two seal models applicable to the varieties of natural cider and sparkling cider are developed. The design incorporates a triple security system aimed at guaranteeing its authenticity: woven metal band, invisible ink and a unique serial number that allows the traceability of the bottled cider, from the apple crop to the table.
