At the end of 2017 I was invited by the Government of Asturias to present ideas to develop projects within the framework of the institution’s own activities. In that first statement, the guidelines were defined that, after seven months of work, gave rise to the exhibition ‘Voces’, the most extensive and rigorous exhibition on the history of the Asturian language. A unique documentary journey, through 75 large-format panels (750x2350mm), models, facsimiles, original materials and archaeological pieces that represent the most extensive scientific study made to date.

The design work focused on the creation and development of an identity capable of unifying the ideas of clarity, rigor, identity and oral transmission. The development of the exhibition materials was devised from the point of view of itinerancy, with the purpose of, after its exhibition in the Archaeological Museum of Asturias (Oviedo), continue traveling through different rooms and exhibition centers of the Principality of Asturias.

The exhibition was inaugurated on September 26, 2018 and, although the initial program determined a duration of 20 days (ending on October 14), it had to be extended until December 23 given the absolute success and the huge number of visitors.
